The check-in takes place every other month. New characters (accepted less than 1 month ago) are exempt; all others are expected to complete this. Requests for exemption may be PMed to the account. To pass, you must have:

• Written at least 3 tags on a single thread in xistentia or a Test Drive Meme that has been integrated into game canon, and
• Be able to summarize your character's recent activities in the world.

Summary: Rafa joined up to help in the Spidermarvel mission, only to end up as a villain in the prison world. He remembered through he was midway through leading a riot of disenfranchised Enhanced into New York, in the wake of the explosion. On return to Xistentia, he initially laid low, unhappy about what this said about his personality. He came out from hiding when it was clear there were problems between Vex and Kavinsky, after which he fulfilled his longstanding promise to make Kavinsky a vampire. Since then he's spent most of his time around his new fledgling, helping him to settle into his new life.
