hi! i'm amber and i'm new here. this is kaz brekker from leah bardugo's "six of crows" duology.

kaz is a teenage gangster and criminal mastermind from fantasy victorian london. he loves money and vengeance and orchestrating complicated plans and magic tricks and definitely not people, ever. in addition to having a bad leg, he is deeply traumatized, has panic attacks at skin on skin contact, and struggles to connect with people... so of course he was a great choice for a game where kissing saves the world. i'm genuinely looking forward to him learning how to be a person, not to mention all the possible negative cr.

I play Vex (vexy) and this guy here who... is going to recognize Kaz as someone else from his universe, a friend of sorts, but will quickly realize they're not the same guy.

Hi Amber! I'm Adelai, welcome!

I play Amanda Perry (miss_brillant) from Stargate Universe and Mandy Slade from Velvet Goldmine on this journal. I don't expect anyone to ever know either of their canons, buuut Amanda is a socially awkward former quadriplegic scientist who still has some mixed feelings about touching herself, and Mandy is the ex-wife of a British glam rocker annnd one of her husband's lovers was an abuse survivor/former addict who Mandy actually wound up on pretty good terms with.

I could definitely see potential CR of some kind with either one of my girls, if you're up for it! At any rate, looking forward to getting to know you and him!

hi Adelai, thanks for the warm welcome. it's probably been over a decade since i watched Velvet Goldmine and i mostly know SGU as "the stargate with ming na wen in it" but i am all about getting to know your girls. it sounds like amanda especially would be really interesting cr that I would love to try for. two great socially awkward tastes that taste great together, right?

Oh my gosh I might soon be able to think of enough people who know VG to need two hands to count them. And re: SGU, the funny thing is it's the only SG show I've watched more than a few random episodes of while it's rare SGA/SG1 players to know it sooo that's...fun.

I was just thinking... Magnus, Jesper, and Nina would get on so well (they could be a trio of extroverted, optimistic, magical bisexuals with a penchant for fashion and indulging their vices). That probably reveals something about how he'll get on w/Kaz. That said, I hope they get to chat sometime soon!
