Specifically, it will remove all the limits that F.A.T.E.S. has imposed on his powers, allowing for a stunt that maxes out to the intensity of power demonstrated at any point in documented canon. There's a strong implication that this is for emergency purposes. However, he will find also, that when he just rubs the wishbone, he can open up a psychic connection directly to F.A.T.E.S. for some some strange, garbled communication.
