He found comfort through his new friendship with Ignacio, as well as the news that Rosie was getting married. He was able to avoid getting infected with Forced Honesty, and helped to get Loki out of the room as quickly as he could. Near the end of April one of his husbands, Shane, returned to their world. Though Rafa agreed he should go to help their people, his mood has dipped again in the wake of Shane's departure.
